Aquin Services stores your contact details, service interest, state, permission, and campaign labels to handle this request. Inquiry records are available to the Aquin owner, who may record follow-up status and staff notes to handle your request. When email delivery is connected, an email provider sends a staff alert with a private inbox link; contact details are kept out of that alert. We do not sell your details through this form. This permission does not authorize automated marketing texts, insurance enrollment, or a loan application. Call us to request correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up.

Facebook and Instagram inquiries

When you submit an Aquin Financial Services LLC lead form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the name, email address, phone number, answers, and contact permission you provide, along with available form and campaign information. We use this information to respond to your insurance inquiry, record follow-up, and understand which campaigns generate inquiries.

These submissions are stored by Meta and accessed through Meta Business Suite or Leads Center by people with authorized access. They are separate from this website inbox; submitting a Meta form does not automatically create a website inquiry. For the connected auto-insurance lead form, submissions are also copied to a restricted agency Google Sheets file for follow-up. An agency-owned Google Apps Script sends a staff alert with a lead reference and private sheet link, without the customer name, email address or phone number. Meta and Google process information under their own privacy policies.

Office appointment bookings

The booking button opens Google Calendar, where you provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number and appointment time. Google stores the booking and sends confirmation and cancellation messages; Aquin receives the details in its calendar. Booking records are separate from this website inquiry inbox. Canceling an appointment does not necessarily delete related calendar or email records. See our privacy information for help with access, correction or deletion requests.

We do not sell information collected through these inquiry forms. A request for contact does not authorize insurance enrollment or automated marketing calls or texts. Do not submit Social Security numbers, medical records, payment details, or other sensitive documents through these forms. To request access, correction, deletion of information we hold, or an end to follow-up, call 954-548-6041. We may need to retain records required for applicable business or legal obligations.

If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics measures public page visits, saved-inquiry events, call-button clicks, and clicks to HealthSherpa, WhatsApp or our office booking page using browser identifiers and technical data. We do not send your name, email, phone, or message to Analytics. Use Analytics preferences to allow or decline measurement. Private inbox and workspace pages are excluded. A HealthSherpa click does not confirm enrollment, and a booking-page click does not confirm an appointment.
